Congress Platform & Mobile App FAQs

Your Comprehensive Guide to Navigating the Virtual Congress Experience

The WCA2024 App has been developed to offer a seamless experience for all attendees, whether they’re attending in-person or joining the Congress virtually. The mobile version is suited for those attending in person, while the web browser version is recommended for virtual participants. Regardless of your registration method, you can access both versions of the application, ensuring that everyone can fully access the congress content.

Important note for in-person attendees:
In our commitment to sustainability, WCA2024 aims to be paperless. The detailed programme will be available only on the Congress App.

Access, Login and Password

Both the Mobile App and Web Browser version were launched on 22 February 2024 at 09:00 PST and will remain available until 8 September 2024 at 23:59 PST.

All registered participants received an email containing a unique login link. Upon clicking the link, you will be prompted to set your password. Once the password is set, you can access both the Mobile App and the Web Browser version using the same password.

The unique login link email is sent from wca2024@virtual.icsevents.com. We strongly recommend adding this email address to your email whitelist. Please click here to view the “How to whitelist an email” guide. You may also contact your IT department for assistance.

If you have recently registered and have not yet received a login email, it’s possible that your registration data has not yet been synchronized with our platform. Please wait for the login email or check your spam or junk email folder.
